Perfectly Integrated Electric Assistance

We expertly convert each bike to electric at our Cambridge factory. The system collectively weighs from 3.7kg and includes:

• The IDS Pod, manufactured from CNC-machined, anodised and laser engraved aluminium.
• A Powerful 36V Bosch Professional Battery and Fast Charger
• A 40Nm 250W 36V Brushless DC Front Hub Motor.
• A NCTE bottom-bracket torque and cadence sensor.
• A handlebar mounted, wireless IDS remote controller, manufactured from CNC-machined, anodised and laser engraved aluminium.
• Brake switches fitted to front and rear which include 4 CNC-machined and anodised ferrules.

IDS Pod

• Manufactured at ARCC from solid billets of CNC-machined Peraluman 470 Aluminium Grade 5083/AIMg 4.5Mn, which are polished and anodised for weather proofing and protection.

6 Levels of Power Assistance

Fine-tune the system to get the exact level of power assistance you prefer for the terrain and your riding style.

Manual Mode

Control your desired power level by pressing the plus or minus icons on the IDS remote controller. In all settings the power will increase when more pressure is applied to the pedals.

Automatic Mode

Set the minimum assist level while an in-built Inclinometer/Accelerometer recognises hills and gradients automatically increasing or decreasing the power delivered accordingly (Automatic Hill Assist). As with Manual Mode, power will increase when more pressure is applied to the pedals.

Launch Control

Provides up to 3 seconds of maximum power assistance for effortless getaways at busy junctions, traffic lights and hill starts.

Walk Assist

Provides walking pace power assistance should you desire to push your bike.
