ARCC Bikes would like to issue a vital reminder to all our customers: for your safety and to maintain your ARCC Bikes warranty, only official Bosch Battery pack GBA 36V 4.0Ah, 6.0Ah, or 9.0Ah batteries, and Bosch Chargers should be used with any electric ARCC Bike.

Genuine Bosch products are rigorously tested to ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability with ARCC’s advanced electric systems.

Counterfeit batteries or cheaper alternatives can be dangerous and it is very difficult to guarantee their functionality or safety, as in order to be sold at a low price, they are often made with substandard materials, or without safety features to reduce the cost of manufacture.

This can result in premature failure, unreliable charging, or most concerning, serious safety hazards such as overheating and catching fire.

USING ANY NON-GENUINE OR REPLICA BATTERIES AND CHARGERS WILL AUTOMATICALLY VOID YOUR ARCC WARRANTY
