Receive your bike
We can complete approximately 90% of our conversions at a standard rate of £2,199. However, in certain cases where unique geometry requirements arise, additional components may be necessary which will incur additional cost. Upon receiving the details of your bike, we will promptly confirm if any supplementary costs are applicable. Please note that in rare instances, certain geometrical constraints may render your bike ineligible for conversion.
Delivery of your bike post-conversion is included in the price. Additionally, we provide the option to send our own hard case to ensure the safe transportation of your bike via a courier service, with an extra charge for this service. Please inform us if you would like to opt for this option. Alternatively, we warmly invite you to personally drop off your bike at our facility.
We’re delighted to offer transportation from the nearby Whittlesford Parkway train station and would be happy to provide a tour of our facilities during your visit.

- You can then accept or decline the quote.
- Pay the 50% invoice to proceed with the conversion.
- We can arrange a courier for your bike, packaging, insurance all included or you can drop off your bike to our workshop:

- The specialist team at ARCC will then get to work on your bespoke conversion. We aim to convert your bike within 3-4 weeks.
- You will receive the final 50% invoice to be paid.
- We will then contact you when your bike is ready and courier to you for next day delivery, we can also arrange a collection time if you would prefer.
Once we have received your completed form, we will then email you a quote of the total costs involved to convert your bike. In the rare case, we may have to inform you that your bike cannot be converted.
You can then accept or decline the quote.
