Book a bike service
Within the first 8 weeks of owning your ARCC bicycle we recommend an initial service performed by an expert at ARCC Bikes, free of charge.
Please note that you will have to bring your bike to the ARCC site in Cambridge for this service.
You may also choose to have your bike serviced by a qualified bike technician at your local bike shop, however an ARCC technician will be required for ARCC Intelligent Pod specific servicing.

Silver Service
Excludes labour costs for any parts fitted
The bike is fully assessed, checking the condition and wear of parts, bearings, and frame. We will contact you if extra parts are required as this would mean a 'Gold' service is required.

- Safety check & assessment with notes on work needed
- Wheels checked for true
- Drivetrain lubricated
- Brake and Gear – minor adjustment
- Tyres inflated to correct pressure
- Frame wiped down
- Electric system health check
Gold Service
Includes labour for all parts fitted (rims exempt)
The bike is fully assessed, checking the condition and wear of parts, bearings and frame. We will contact you with a quotation if any additional parts are required.

- Brake and Gear adjustment if needed
- Adjust hubs and headsets if applicable/possible
- Check all nuts and bolts are secure and correct torque
- Bike cleaned
- Seatpost removed and regreased
- Wheels trued and tensioned if needed
- Clean, degrease and relube the drivetrain
Platinum Service
Includes labour for all parts fitted, and new cables*
The bike is fully assessed, checking the condition and wear of parts, bearings and frame. We will contact you with a quotation if any additional parts are required.

- Strip, rebuild and clean
- Includes chasing, facing and reaming where required
- All cables replaced
- Standard – surcharge for Brompton cables
- Frame checked for alignment and damage
